A decade ago, a small group of friends founded Riafy with one purpose: make technology work for everyone. Not just the privileged few. Not just the western world. Not just those with the latest devices. Everyone.
We build AI systems that are ethical, adaptable, and accessible. This isn't marketing language. It's how we make decisions every day.
What We Do
We create AI solutions that solve real problems. Our work spans two worlds: consumer products that millions use daily, and enterprise platforms that transform how businesses serve their customers.
We don't license someone else's technology and rebrand it. We build everything in-house. Years of R&D in machine learning and natural language processing have given us proprietary systems that truly understand what people need.
Our early products—a cooking assistant, meditation guides—reached tens of millions of users worldwide. Simple tools. Big impact. Today we focus more on enterprise AI, particularly conversational assistants that handle complex customer needs.
Take Feddy, our AI banking assistant for Federal Bank. It now manages 43% of their customer service requests. Real conversations. Real results. That's what happens when AI is designed to understand context, find accurate information, and respond naturally.
We stay current. As new advances emerge in generative AI and language models, we integrate them quickly. But we never chase hype. We focus on what actually helps people.

Global Reach
Over 100 million people across 157 countries use our products. We support 23 languages because language should never be a barrier to access.
Recognition
Google featured us at I/O for five consecutive years (2015–2019)—the first Indian developer with that distinction. Our apps have appeared on the homepages of Google Play and the Apple App Store. These aren't participation trophies. They reflect work that meets the highest standards.
Inclusive Innovation
Google Cloud named us Asia-Pacific Partner of the Year for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in 2024. We earned this by building both technology and teams that welcome everyone.
